spacious room clean bed wide choice loud music missing hooks bathroom door
I stayed in a superior double room and it was very spacious. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had lots of choice too. I found this to be amazing!!!
The music from the bar downstairs was loud. It made it difficult to sleep before 11pm. random people were yelling in the middle of the night too. That was a bit annoying. there were not many hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes.

loud noise missing hooks
the breakfast had a good view of the pier, a small plus.
The room was too warm, and i couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. the noise from a nearby bar persisted until quite late. the lack of hooks in the bathroom was also annoying. I had nowhere to hang my towel or clothes while showering.

good staff great facilities loud music drunk people
The staff were good and the facilities were great.
I was not happy with noise at night because live music in the pub was below and I was on the 1st floor. After the pub closed, drunk people were very noisy outside and swearing. The room was right above one of the pub and bar entrances and it wasn't ideal.

fantastic beachfront stay

the family suite suited my needs with an enclosed space between two rooms it was great. the hotel is so close to the beach and the strip it was very convenient. the pub had a large variety of beers available .
i noticed that some stair carpets are loose and rucked slightly, which could present a small trip hazard.

the super beautiful double room sea view had air conditioning and comfortable beds with high-quality bedding provided. a fridge in the room was a nice touch and the shower had good power, with a big bath as well. the room was amazing and clean.

the breakfast service included proper double toasters plus plenty of bread butter marmalade jam and honey. a small selection of pastries and basic options for cereals were available, in addition to ingredients for a full english. tea and coffee were efficiently provided.

the staff were helpful and friendly, offering tips about the local area when asked. keira was great in sorting out my mistake with the wrong date, being amazing. check-in was easy and the team demonstrated great hospitality.

the hotel is situated near the beach, providing easy access and is only a short walk to numerous amenities. the cinema is located right next door, giving guests a convenient entertainment option. the hotel's location offers fine views all around.
